All products are handmade or carefully curated in limited quantities. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color, size, or scent may occur due to the nature of our items.If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.We accept secure online payment via [EFT, PayPal](Kindly assist with what other payment method would work especially for international clients) Prices are in [ZAR/BWP] and may include or exclude delivery fees (clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across South Africa and Botswana and aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. We don’t deliver to risk areas in South Africa,an alternative location should be provided by the client. Delivery times vary by location. Once shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number where possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify, please send us clear photos and your order details via email. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the claim is reviewed and approved.

Please follow usage and care instructions provided with each product. Keep candles, diffusers, and other scented products out of reach of children and pets. Home Serenity BW is not liable for misuse of any product after purchase.
